What is it?
For certain apps and features on the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch devices, Apple has implemented the iAd service beginning on June 21st, 2010. Users will have small banner ads displayed (similar to the Android one to the right) and can click it to view a larger, interactive full page ad within the app.
